HolaHolaHola Beautifuls!
Quee?? Star Wars isn’t historia? JU SO FONII!!!  Not only is it historia (pop culture, box office records, etc.) but it made girls believe they could be part of history tambien. When BB was offered the chance to review this book she knew she was passing on more than pop culture to The Grands, she was sharing the power of womanhood to their consciousness.
“Timed to the 40th anniversary of Star Wars and the latest installment in the franchise — The Last Jedi, which premiered in December — read along in this first person narrative to see how Star Wars: Forces of Destiny characters' choices shaped their destinies.

Debuted on the Disney Channel in July 2017, Star Wars Forces of Destiny follows the female characters of the Star Wars universe in a series of eight animated shorts, voiced by the actors who play them in the live-action films, including Daisy Ridley (Rey), Felicity Jones (Jyn Erso), and Lupita Nyong'o (Maz). Rey, Ahsoka Tano, Jyn Erso, Princess Leia, Sabine Wren, and other icons of a galaxy far, far away take center stage in Star Wars Forces of Destiny: Tales of Hope & Courage (SFI; ISBN: 978-0794440367; Hardcover $11.99; Ages 6-8). Explore all-new adventures of the fan-favorites in this first person narrative.
Rebel leader Princess Leia, rogue fighter Jyn Erso, Jedi apprentice Ahsoka Tano, heroic Rey, warrior artist Sabine Wren, and Senator Padme Amidala...these are the names of six heroes that would change the galaxy. Read along in Maz Kanata’s journal as she describes how each of these heroes found their hope, their courage, and their destinies. With fun musings and tangents from Maz, beautiful sketches, and 8 large gatefolds, this journal shares six of the exciting adventures that helped shape these heroes from the epic Star Wars saga. “
