#HTTYD2 A Preview, Review and an Event for Celebration!!

If you remember in my June's a Jumpin' post, 

I told you the special dates BB has during that month, well there is one more:

Adventure awaits! How to Train Your Dragon 2 soars into theaters June 13th.

Bueno, as y'all know, BB loves her Twofers, and the ultimate ones are when my Beloved Blogging can make my Beloved Familia happy. With the screening of How To Train Your Dragon 2  Babushka hit the motherload! My Eldest, who had just celebrated a birthday con her son El Dr. the day before, had never been to a screening, and had in fact never seen the First HTTYD movie- her review.  Not meaning to spoil her post but, she enjoyed it.  My three grandsons went and had "the best time ever!" but that was kinda a given, BB knew that was going to happen; the surprise came from my son MAC.  Not one to give glowing accounts, he was spouting nonstop accolades for this picture. "It was great for all ages! Not one of us in the group was bored. The story, the animation, even the 3D effects with all the flying- AWESOME! I will definitely buy this one for me- uh, the kids."  
 So there you have it My Beautifuls, a Review of the Preview. And here's a little preview for you-

Being Babushka is the Bomb- Screening OOgieloves w/the grandbabies y La Tata

Remember how in my Introduction I said that post was just a tease?  Bueno, I'm a gonna do it again!  This time though it isn't about Babushka. Really, De veras.   JU SO FONII!!!  Ok, si, I'm in it, but it's not about me- not directly anyway.

This post is about an event I went to yesterday, a screening of the Oogieloves movie coming out on August 29, 2012.  A screening with such attention to details, such pizazz, that I can't imagine any Hollywood screening being any better. As a matter of fact, not only was this a screening, it was also a press junket because the bloggers got to hear from the producers and writer of the film while the children were being entertained at "Camp Oogie" with crafts. Viste?  Now tell me a Hollywood screening has to do that!

These two had a very entertaining story about their 15 year collaboration and at times seemed like a comedy team.    From conception to aspiration, they shared their vision of programming for kids.    I found them to be very "real" and appreciated their truthful tale.  As Ken Viselman said of children's shows, they could "be positive and make money."  

BB's hopes to emulate this very sentiment.

 without ever forgetting what it is to be young. 

Wanna sing? Do it.  

Wanna dance? Go ahead.  

It doesn't matter what you look like, all it matters is that you're enjoying yourself.  

Vamanos gente, doesn't that sound like BB's motto too?  

Ok, esta bien, I said this wouldn't be about BB, so let's bring on the real tease.

Unfortunately I can't review the movie until its release- thus the "tease" label, 

but I can certainly critique the event!

the combination of all of them make being Babushka, The Bomb.
