A Universal Truth.

The situation or the subject may be different, but living, truly experiencing life, 

can only be done out of our Comfort Zone.

The exhilirating moments we overcame a fear, went beyond our self imposed limitations,

the situations we can look at and say

ESO!!!

Living life means always learning, growing and taking chances. 

Babushka won a trip via Ford Motor company because she pushed her comfort zone and in turn literally experienced true comfort and appreciation.

 I share with you a video BB made expressing the obvious manifestation of Pushing the Comfort Zone.

than get to be Pushing up the Daisies and wish I had.

Breathe & Believe- Day 3 of the SMCSF 30 Day Blog Challenge

It's Wednesday.  You've lived through Monday, Tuesdays gone, and the promise of the weekend is closer but still out of your reach.  All together now- BREATHE.  You're always running around trying to be all things to all people. Who makes up these crazy schedules and what are you trying to prove?  All together now- BREATHE.  Schedules are crazy because you've said no to yourself too many times and yes to others instead. Time to switch that. You have nothing you need to prove.  All together now- BREATHE.

You are here for a reason and it's not to be in constant perpetual motion. You don't have to be in charge and know where you're going.  The world will continue to turn and the days will continue to pass and the seasons will continue to change whether you scheduled 20 things in a day or none. So try none for awhile.  Enjoy the moment.  Here's a novel thought.  Let's all slow down to succeed. Quee?? JU SO FONII!!! I know it's not easy- BB's still running and recovering from her trios puberty ::shudder::.  But let's try it shall we? All together now- BREATHE.

Life is not to be studied, lead or solved; it's to be lived. 

And you can't live if you don't BREATHE.

And it's not worth living if you don't BELIEVE.
