The joyous, happy time of year when we think what regalos would our loved ones want.  Of course, as an abuela BB wants The Grands to be happy, and at their edad that almost definitely means juguetes.  But toys get broken or fall out of grace, and Babushka learned con The Trio that time goes so quickly, and before you know it they've graduated highschool and off to college. Babushka and Sweetie decided to get the 1 year Florida University plan for Dr. J right now. The most economical of the plans, it's also the option that lets various people join in the purchasing. If his other grandparents want, they can purchase the same, and so can his parents. Right there he's got 3 years of university covered. Should he decide he wants to start at a college instead of a university, he can pay that lower tuition and the unused portion goes toward the post secondary degree. And don't let the "Florida" in the name make you think the plan is only good in Florida. Like all their plans, the amount covered can be used nationwide. 

Did you read those Beautifuls? The last bullet point is why we don't have to pay for Grands #6 Florida Prepaid. My son, his dad, didn't use all of his plan and transferred it to his child. One gift that went towards TWO college educations.TWO generations. Now that's the best Twofer Babushka's ever had.

As you know by now, Babushka is a fan of the Florida College Prepaid Plan bigtime, long time. First it was for The Trio, and then for The Grands.  This truly is something that they’ll use many times over and in so many ways!  The beneficiary has up to 10 years to use the plan for schooling.

My two girls used it for college, while my son was able to use the money put into the plan for him and use it towards his sons’ education.  There’s no losing in the plan- except for losing out on the enrollment date.

Coooorreeee Beautifuls, you only have until the 29th of this month to start your child’s chance for mañana- pero don’t wait ‘till mañana!!  #StartingIsBelieving and what better way is there to show that than by putting a little bit aside each month for their college? Y ahora it’s better than ever! Increible pero cierto, My Eldest, Cristyl's Corazon at her college graduation. Felizmente BB had the foresight to matricular The Trio into the Florida College Prepaid program.  A member from the start, Babushka is so thankful she was able to- and still continues to be part of this great program. It's been more than 25 years andando. More than 1.6 million Prepaid Plans have been purchased and nearly 350,000 students have attended college using their Prepaid Plan. My Little One is currently using the plan BB had set up for her at birth, and my two eldest nietos have been set up with the plan also.

Beautifuls, they ain't just whislin' La Guantanamera with these plans. Babushka's girls have used it to finish their education, and MAC will be using the unused portion of monies paid to apply it toward's his son's education. Y ahora tambien, they have something they call "Interactive Conversation" where they will help you learn more about the Prepaid Plans and the 529 Savings Plan. Es Cutisimo Y Buenisimo!!
